pesticide residue. For these varieties, it’s worth seeking out organics.

Buy these fruits and veggies ORGANIC:

  4.  Nectarines
  5. Apples
  6.  Grapes
  7. Peaches
  8. Cherries
  9. Pears
  10. Tomatoes
  11. Celery
  12. Potatoes
  13. Hot Peppers

***For those with thyroid complications, consider avoiding ALL NIGHTSHADE VEGGIES: Potatoes, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, eggplant, tomatillos, tamarins, pepinos, pimentos, paprika, cayenne, and Tabasco sauce.

GOLDEN RULES OF HEALTH: 

  1. Stop putting poisons in the body.
